如果你要申請的dept.有註明他們要自己做admission的決定
==>你需要將application送給dept. and school各一份
同時，你的admission仍然需要兩方的同意
反之，你只需要送一份至school...
btw, 我建議，這種學校申請的說明，如果要人幫你看，給你建議
最好是能把相關網頁的網址，與你所問的在該網頁的大概位置po出來
這樣既不會讓想幫你的人需要望文生義，也不會幫倒忙/...
