我實驗室裡的印度同學要徵求新的室友，
他是台大化學博班4年級的學生，
由於他目前的室友畢業了，所以需要找到新的室友。
地址在福和橋下，近台大跟師大分部。
要出租的房間是一個大間的房間，約12坪。
傢俱齊全，可以開伙，有網路跟冷氣，
另外還有一間客房，所以如果你有訪客或是朋友要過夜也很方便。
此外交通方便，過個橋就到公館捷運站了。生活機能也很好，要找吃的也很方便。
他是希望可以徵求兩個人入住(因為真的很大間)，如果是情侶也是完全沒問題的。

I am a student from India studying in NTU and looking for roommates
to share the apartment.
Its a well furnished apartment with refrigerator, sofa,kitchen,
washing machine,dryer, a store room, air conditioner etc.
The room is quite big with attached bathroom, air conditioner
and very good ventilation.
There is also another Japanese type common room available for guests
or friends.
Neighborhood is very friendly and peaceful.
Its very close to all the convenient stores like a-mart, RT-mart,
7-11, family mart, domino's pizza, welcome
and a lot of breakfast shops etc.
Its 15-20 mins walk from NTU and Gonguan MRT.
But buses are convenient and available all the time.
Looking for a couple( Taiwanese or foreigners) to share the room
with common hall and kitchen. students are preferred.
