It's been over 3 years now that we've ran this game and a lot has been
changed since we started. There are some aspects of the game that we feel
need to be rebalanced a little. We will look into this in the upcoming season
and prepare changes for season 25.

I'll list the aspects that we are looking into. Nothing of this is final yet,
these are just ideas. We appreciate your feedback so let us know what you
think. Also, if there are other game balance issues you can think of that we
should look into then please let us know.

- Cup prize money (cup, U21 cup, U21 CL)
The prize money for these tournaments was reasonable in season 1, but now
it's very little. We would consider raising it a little. A first proposal
would be something like:
Cup: winning the final +/- 1 million RSD
U21Cup: winning the final +/- 0.5 million RSD
U21CL: winning the final +/- 1 million RSD
All the other rounds would also change accordingly

- Catering
Upgrading the catering should always be profitable. Catering income should
probably be increased by 50-100%.

- Museum
The museum was intended to give a higher revenue than the interest on the
bank. Currently with higher office levels this is not the case, making the
museum a bad investment. We're considering increasing the museum income a
little to give it a better interest level than you get with office level 10.

- Office staff
Something should be changed to make an office staff member with high skill
more profitable. Currently, unless you have a lot of level 9-10 staff
members, having a level 1 staff in your office is usually better than having
a higher level staff member.

- Europa League attendance
For strong leagues, starting in early qualification rounds of the europa
league can be very profitable now. Because the stadium income for these
rounds is now so high that it easily compensates for losing out on prize
money in the champions league. It's not realistic that all these matches are
always sold out so we consider changing this. Europa League matches and CL
qualification matches will then no longer be automatically sold out.
歐霸盃觀眾
因為現在球場收入很高，實力好的聯賽體系，選擇從歐霸盃的早期輪次開始踢，
球場收入能輕鬆抵銷歐冠盃未能出賽的獎金損失，整體利潤比出賽歐冠盃更高。
這些比賽(歐霸盃早期輪次)能輕易滿座並不現實，應該調整，
歐霸盃和歐冠資格賽將會不再自動滿座。
Edit:
- Player wages
Player wages may get an increase. They are currently hardly an issue even for
world class players. We're not going to make a radical change, but a 50%
increase seems fair. This wouldn't affect the actual wages, but they would
increase to a higher maximum on the yearly contract renewals (still max 50%
increase per year).

- Number of youth players
There are more players in the game than needed at the moment. Reducing the
number of youths by 1 per season could improve the value of lower youth
center players.
