我從MSDN上找到了一個Installer Project
打算照著說明Build Project並安裝它

但是在我要Build Project的時候卻出現了底下的錯誤訊息：
ERROR: Unable to build custom action named 'Primary output from
CSIEDownloadManager (Debug x86)', InstallerClass property is only valid for
assemblies.
我拿關鍵字上網搜尋後，查到解決方法是要打開Custom action editor
將InstallerClass設定為false才行
但是我找了很久都沒有找到Custom action editor在哪裡

MSDN上說從View->Editor可以找到，但是我打開View底下並沒有Editor這個分支
另外查到說從Error list的錯誤訊息可以點進去，但是我的Error List是空的
錯誤訊息只有顯示在Ourput底下而已
最後我也試著直接在quick launch打「custom action editor」
但是這個關鍵字沒有搜出任何結果
想請問一下Installer Project的"InstallerClass property is only valid for
assemblies"這條錯誤訊息到底該怎麼解決呢?
雖然跟Visual Studio有關，但不確定這種問題該發在這合不合適
