既有的title像 The Division(全境封鎖)
也會推出更多 F2P = Free To Play 衍生遊戲或手機遊戲
(如剛剛發表的 The Division Heartland)
UBI打算將自己手上的ip往更多的受眾去推
這將改變他們的發行策略和營運模式
“And we think it is now the time to come with high quality free-to-play
games across all our biggest franchises across all platforms, but of course
it will take time before proving it in a more assertive way. That’s why we
want to be cautious in year one. If we are successful, that can have a very
meaningful impact on the value creation of Ubisoft.”
另外提及到明年三月底為止之前的本財務年度 上半年他們仍會推出
Far Cry 6 and Rainbow Six Quarantine (by September 30)
加上 Riders Republic, The Division Heartland and Roller Champions.
然後在下半個財務年度應該就不會推出AAA大作了(包括聖誕檔期)
