簡單來說流程上就是:
1. 註冊
2. 認證信
3. 發新的文章，並於內容中填入三個資訊

內容範本:

(外掛者遊戲內腳色名稱)
Evidence of offense:
(證據，建議使用 twitch / youtube 等上傳證據，如果影片太長的話請附上時間軸位置)
Date and time of suspected cheating / hacking offense:
(事發的日期和時間，請加上時區，台灣的話就是 GMT+8)
