不好意思請問各位高手
為何我在讀檔時都會出現
The filename s.xls is not readable
我上傳的檔案有進SERVER，已確認過檔案權限開everyone
再去讀他要進DB就會這樣
$this->excel_reader->setUTFEncoder('iconv');
$this->excel_reader->setOutputEncoding('utf8');
$this->excel_reader->read("$excel_name");
已轉過UTF8
GOOGLE不到解
請教各位高手
環境win8.1 xampp php5.5
