目前看起來今天釋出的Windows 10 Update都有解決這問題啦
更新細節都提到了這條
Provides protections against a new speculative execution side-channel
vulnerability known as L1 Terminal Fault (L1TF) that affects Intel® Core®
processors and Intel® Xeon® processors (CVE-2018-3620 and CVE-2018-3646).
Make sure previous OS protections against Spectre Variant 2 and Meltdown
vulnerabilities are enabled using the registry settings outlined in the
Windows Client and Windows Server guidance KB articles. (These registry
settings are enabled by default for Windows Client OS editions, but disabled
by default for Windows Server OS editions.)
微軟是建議在安裝此更新前先確認已經有啟用Spectre Variant 2 和 Meltdown的防護
(Windows 10比較沒差，預設就是啟用。比較有影響的是Server System)
另外這個更新也解決了AMD Family 15h(Bulldozer)的CPU在安裝6月和7月的Windows和AMD
微代碼更新後高CPU使用率的問題(與Spectre Variant 2 的分支目標注入 Patch有關)
這兩個更新在Win 7也有
不過這次安裝後效能會掉多少啊(?
