Lake 或者 AMD Ryzen 處理器
在運行舊版 Windows 7 與 8.1 的作業系統時，當啟動 Windows Update 會跳出一段錯誤
訊息
：「Your PC uses a processor that isn't supported on this version of Windows」
，就是舊版的作業系統，不支援新的處理器。
但是！國外 GitHub 有位玩家 Zeffy，上傳了一份開源更新檔，提供給各位一個解法
Zeffy 發現到更新檢查機制存在於 wuaueng.dll 當中的 IsCPUSupported(void) 與
IsDeviceServiceable(void) 這兩個 Function，因此只要搞定這兩個 Function，就能繞
過 CPU 檢查機制。
Zeffy 更這樣說道：「這是個他嗎的巨大中指，指向不想更新 Windows 10 的用戶
更何況 Windows 7 或 8.1 更新壽命還到 2020 與 2024 年阿！」。
"This is essentially a giant middle finger to anyone who dare not 'upgrade'
to the steaming pile of garbage known as Windows 10. Especially considering
the extended support
periods for Windows 7 and 8.1 still have a few years left, and will be coming
to a close in 2020 and 2024 respectively,"
當然這是非官方的更新手段，理論上微軟可能很快就會屏蔽掉這問題，而這樣的檔案更新
對系統可能存在一定的風險，而是否能成功規避 CPU 檢查，讓 Win7 用戶取得更新，就
