我申請corsair 記憶體 RMA時 客服要求我"必須"要有購買證明才予保固
怎麼辦
第一次遇到記憶體RMA 要購買證明的...
金士頓都不用阿,不是序號給他就好了?
我有跟客服說我沒有發票
客服表示:would not have any warranty from us as stated in our warranty policy.
Unfortunately this means we would not be able to replace it
正常人都不會有吧,記憶體一用都數N年的,有人會留發票?
