architecture), you would be affected by a performance bug in Lr & ACR that
has just been fixed for the next dot release. You can find out whether your
Windows machine support AVX2, check it out in Lightroom's system info dialog.
In the "Camera Raw SIMD optimization" info field, it would list AVX2 as being
supported
