Larry Bird shocked everybody when he announced he was stepping down as
President of Basketball Operations for the Pacers. However, Indiana moved
quickly after the move promoting General Manager Kevin Pritchard to the
President of Basketball Operations position. It appears the Pacers are going
to try and find a new General Manager to work under Pritchard.

This would allow the Pacers to keep the status quo in their front office that

across the league and his experience in college scouting is something the
Pacers would find great value in.
