Position:Associate Data Science and Analytics

Location：San Luis Obispo, CA
Project Overview:
Campaign work including profiling, targeting, segmentation, reporting and
optimization (must have Email experience) + data work (SQL).
The Role:
Experience with campaign targeting, segmentation, test design/learning plans,
reporting and optimization of:
Account data (first and 3rd party), including demographics
Transactional data (product registrations, eComm, offer redemption)
Engagement data (email opens/clicks, push notifications taps, web visits
and clickstream)
Must Have Required Skills:
1-2 years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital
Marketing, or a business-related field
Expert Level Excel
Power Point Experience
CRM channels (email, Push Notifications)
Website/mobile (Adobe/Google Analytics)
SQL
Data Mining / Profiling
Data Visualization: advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI
Marketing Automation
Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field
Passion for digital analytics, working with data and deriving insights to
answer client business questions
Comfort with working in and contributing to a fast-paced, team-based
environment
