Running & putting all his weight on his back foot are key steps for his rehab.
He also expects he'll have to tolerate some pain after he returns, in
addition to wearing insoles.
(5) @GaryHPhillips: Nestor Cortes threw 25 pitches in his bullpen yesterday
and is feeling good today. He'll play some catch today and, assuming that goes
well, throw another pen on Thursday. Next step would be a live on Sunday.
