The hand is considered “part of the ball” when it is in contact with the
ball. Therefore, contact on that part of the hand by a defender while it is
in contact with the ball is not illegal.
球在手上時手視為球的一部分，因此當球在手上，而手被防守者碰觸時合法
先不說到底有沒有打到手，單就NBA規則而言這兩球真的是100%的好球
裁判吹得精準無比啊
