在 Larry Coon 大神的CBAFAQ裡，有提到25項 BRI 的收入，其中與中國有關的
是以下三項：
1. Exhibition game proceeds, minus summer league expenses
2. Proceeds from team sponsorships
3. Proceeds received by NBA Properties, including international television,
sponsorships, revenues from NBA Entertainment, the All-Star Game, and other
NBA special events.
4. 另外第四項不屬於BRI，但球員個人的中國代言收入，也會影響球員發言意願。

單純以騰訊的 1500m/5y 轉播合約（第三點）來說，對整體球員的影響是
300m x (49%-51%，取中間值 50%，) = 150m，NBA 的所有球員，一年集體損失
1.5億美金。
如果以個別球員來說，由於 BRI 是薪資上限的計算基礎，連帶會影響到頂薪
的金額，算式如下：
300m (年) x 0.4474(cap space) x 0.25 ~ 0.35 (veteran max contract) /
30 (teams) = 1,1185,00 ~ 1,565,900 USD。
以2020 free agency，十年以上老將五年頂薪續約來說，最高的損失總金額是
1,565,900 x (1 + 1.08 + 1.16 + 1.24 + 1.32) = 9,082,220，五年九百萬
美金。對小咖的影響比較小，反正薪水不高，對大咖的球員影響還是有的。
這是建立在騰訊完全不付錢（至少2019-2020完全不付錢）的前提下，對明年
自由球員市場造成的影響。
因此有能力拿 MAX的球員，最近應該都不會發言。
