As the Los Angeles Lakers shift focus after the blockbuster trade to acquire A
nthony Davis, the speculation has been whether the team will attain a third st
ar. Kemba Walker has been deemed a “top target” for the team who most believ
e does not have a shot at the likes of Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant and Klay Th
ompson.
But it appears as though, they may have eyes for another star who could join t
hem this summer. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Jimmy Butler is now
giving serious consideration to the Lakers this summer if he cannot come to an
agreement on a new contract with the Philadelphia 76ers.
