Houston Rockets development coach Irv Roland disputes a report from The
Athletic which claimed Chris Paul kicked Golden State Warriors point guard
Stephen Curry off the court at the Toyota Center the night before Game 6.
火箭球員發展教練Irv Roland近日對《The Athletic》的一篇報導提出了質疑，
該報導稱Chris Paul在火勇第六場比賽前一晚不讓勇士的Stephen Curry在豐田中心練球。
Roland says Paul and Curry crossed paths the night before Game 4. The Rockets
lost to the Warriors in six games in the second round of the playoffs.

According to the report in The Athletic, Curry referred to getting kicked off
the court to teammate Draymond Green after the Warriors’ Game 6 win on
Friday:

“I’ve been here three years and we go to shoot the night before games quite
often,” Roland said, via Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle. “Never
in my three years has a player been on our main floor shooting the night
before a game. When we saw him out there, I contacted our equipment manager
(Tony Nila) because they’re the ones that coordinate shooting times. He told
me ‘we gave him the court at 6:45.’ We asked him how long they had the
court for.
在接受休士頓紀事報的記者Jonathan Feigen訪問時，Irv Roland表示：

“When we finally went out there, Stephen cracked a joked with Chris. Chris
said ‘let him shoot.’ It wasn’t like it was a confrontation. “Let him
shoot. Let him finish what he’s doing.’ We didn’t kick him off the court.
We didn’t even say anything. I wanted to know how long he was shooting
because I had Chris with Michael Frazier and James Harden coming right after
Chris. I wanted to know how long he was going to be before James left the
house.
「當我們終於抵達球場時，Curry還和Paul開玩笑，

“Nobody said anything to them. It wasn’t like we were doing full-court
drills or a whole team practice. Also, we wouldn’t do that just because
there are nights we might need to go to Oracle and shoot. That’s why it’s
coordinated in the first place.”
