自己有持球中的情況。漏球後撿起來，可以在此確立軸心腳，不能移動但是可以投/傳
但這邊有個問題就是重心掌握球的判斷
他是再次走2步後跳傳
就算第一步確立軸心腳 ，第二步你也不能動了。
剛剛看歪國鄉民有人討論是
1.確立軸心
2.step "0"
3.傳
所以實際上不算走步
但反方的意見是認為確立軸心腳的那步就該算step0了
才符合聯盟的定義 - 收球=step0
