2016年6月28日星期二，上午08:45-09:30之間，在台北市大安區忠孝東路四段177-179號
（東區），Swatch店前面，神旺飯店斜對面，往西的方向（光復南路往敦化南路方向），
第二線道內線，車號MGF-8096 光陽(KYMCO)機車被撞，肇事者逃逸，由於車禍地點是監視
器死角，無法得知肇事車輛之車牌號碼。故 懇請，如上述時間經過此路段之民眾，拍攝
到事故畫面者，提供肇事車輛車牌號碼、畫面以及時間。
