Doug McDermott Shoots 100 Threes, Makes 90 In Practice Says Fred Hoiberg

The Chicago Bulls had themselves a game last night, or at least half a game as
they settled down in the second half against the Bucks and looked impressive.
In the third quarter alone, the Bulls put up 40 points and hit 6-10 three
pointers, effectively ending the game.

Doug McDermott came alive in the second half and was a big factor, albeit
against mostly Bucks bench players. McDermott missed all of his shots in the
first half and looked lost but once he saw one three fall, it seemed like he
couldn’t miss. He hit three in a row and five in total for the game, finishing
with 23 points, tied for game high with Jimmy Butler.

practice and rarely make less than 90. A 90% 3FG% is not too shabby. That 90%
should translate to a solid 40% in the regular season.
