Rules and regulations: Flagrant Fouls
By Official NBA Rules
There are two types of Flagrant Fouls, as follows:
Flagrant "1" (FFP1) - unnecessary contact committed by a player against an
opponent. The opposing team is awarded two (2) free throws and possession.
Flagrant "2" (FFP2) - unnecessary and excessive contact committed by a player
against an opponent. The opposing team is awarded two (2) free throws and
possession and the player committing the foul is automatically ejected.
雖然有蠻多地方會寫說,要" involves excessive or violent contact"才會被認定為
Flagrant Fouls,但NBA的官方定義就是上面這樣,故意犯規這種行為難道不算是
unnecessary contact?
FIBA也有類似的規定
Unsportsmanlike Foul
An unsportsmanlike foul is a player contact foul which, in the judgement of
an official is:
‧ Not a legitimate attempt to directly play the ball within the spirit and
intent of the rules.

同樣的,故意犯規算是attempt to directly play the ball嗎?
我的認知是基本上你故意對無球球員犯規,在FIBA基本上就是Unsportsmanlike Foul了
不知道有沒有人能指正
今天不管誰受害誰得利,並不是為了少數人去改變規則,而是類似規則本來就存在
"蓄意"的犯規,本來就應該加重罰則,或許"蓄意"有時存在著模糊點需要心證,就像
那些罰球爛的球員拿到球,如果對方在抄球時"不小心"打到手送他上罰球線,人家也
很難說你是故意對人不對球.但絕不是像現在這樣沒事就追著你打然後很開心的舉手
其實不需要改規則,很簡單的把故意犯規認定為Flagrant Foul就好,你有本事在假裝卡
位時犯規但又不要太明顯那算你厲害
