第一次維修,寄回去換了螢幕就寄回來,大概費時8天
然而大概是整批都有問題,過了一周,又出現烙印了
接著想送修第二次,然而自助送修系統竟然不能運作...
(只適用第一次送修)
運氣差遇到尿性客服品,浪費了半小時才弄好報修
這次寄回去換了主板和電池就寄回來,一樣費時8天
問題是"沒換螢幕"
想當然烙印一樣還在,傻傻的我還呆呆地開機確認......
當天收到就去找客服要求第三次報修
這次報修五分鐘完成
然而手錶竟一去不復返
等了兩周,連送修單號都被取消了
去找客服被告知之後會聯繫退費事宜
好客服會告知那個負責退款的部門沒有客服
只能傻傻等他們主動聯絡...
垃圾客服會叫你等明天,每天都一樣回復......
大概一個月後,才終於收到退款簡訊

回復"Yes"後,然後你不會收到任何回應
直到又過了十天,會收到要你去citibank填收款資料的簡訊
[THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE
