美機台灣不能保我覺得不太可能
我去年入手Pixel 2 之前因為行動電源爆衝變磚
後來我跟Google聯絡的時候，Google Support明確的說
他們可以把手機寄到任何有發售Pixel 2或XL的國家做replacement
附上當時Google Support 的信件

Thanks for contacting Google Support!
I'm sorry to know that you are unable to turn on the device. As the device is
purchased through a retailer in UK, you can either try contacting the
retailer directly to check if they can replace the device or have more
warranty options.
Alternatively, we can submit a replacement request under manufacturer's
warranty. We're happy to review warranty options for you, however we can only
provide exchange options within the country of purchase, or countries where
the Pixel 2 XL is available.
In this case, we can ship the replacement device only to one of the countries
listed above. Please let us know if you've any of your friends or family
members in the UK who'd be able to return the device to us using the labels
provided and can collect the replacement device on your behalf.
Please confirm so we can proceed further.

補充，當時我還是選擇請當初買的英國店家幫我收送了
不過按照這回複來看，應該只要是在有pixel 2 or XL發售的國家
有人可以幫你處理，他們都可以收送手機。
