不過後來刷機失敗

最重要的是我看到上面這些字之後，手機重開機
結果卻發現卡在SONY字樣之後，就進不了桌面
之後就出現這個字樣：
The software update failed
Make sure that your phone is
connected to the computer
and try again.
請問這樣子算是變磚了嗎? 要怎麼解救??
