這世界上有絕對音感 但是除非有人有絕對色感 不然我隨便差一兩號根本看不出來
所以說這商標到底嚴到什麼程度

只有賣珠寶的廠商不可以用TIFFANY BLUE來當作包裝的顏色
因為可能會造成和TIFFANY產品混淆 其他情況下TIFFANY BLUE沒有侷限性
而且顏色這東西就只有256*256*256種 如果大家都卯起來註冊自己的顏色
到時候你你就什麼顏色都不能用了 所以註冊顏色當商標有侷限性
所以今天ZENFONE是珠寶嗎? 他這顏色真的是#81D8D0 TIFFANY BLUE嗎?

就算ZENFONE要用TIFFANY BLUE當作包裝盒的顏色也沒有關係
因為他又不是賣珠寶 而是賣手機 不會有人因為這樣就和TIFFANY混淆
所以根本可以用啊 更不用說用在商品本體上了
