要是我是拜登，我也不會馬上說是俄羅斯幹的
我會站在中立立場跟道德制高點上，讓北約去說
之後北約說是俄羅斯幹的，所以根據條約要出兵，美國能不出兵嗎？
美國就跟著北約出兵就好了
讓北約出一部分兵力，讓烏克蘭更集中打回克里米亞
又不會讓自己變成俄國跟中共找藉口侵略的美帝國主義
而且加快讓烏克蘭獲勝，美國可以更集中在圍堵中共的亞太戰略上
這才最符合美國利益
