開頭先大概說一下 Brelyon 是一家美國矽谷的公司 目前已經有穩定的VC在背後支援
並且也有了早期客戶了 現在需要在台灣有個小team 因為大部分的供應商在台灣
目前招收的光機 (偏向機構) 如果你沒有深厚的光學背景也可以 只需要大概知道簡單的
幾何光學 (像是會使用Pro E or Soildworks 裡面的一些光機的東西) 表面處理
然後不排斥學習光學即可
下面列的需求很多 但基本上會個70%應該就可以了 會有其他人可以cover
英文能力 當然是希望越高越好 但實際上是 你知道專有名詞 開會的時候搭配PM
溝通無虞即可 畢竟也了解通常機構專精的人才 搞不好台語會比英語更有用
薪水可談 但也是能力(包含英文) 越高 可以往上談的機會越大 否則也是會往下砍

like gaming and trading. The technology uses novel physics along with
computational display techniques to create depth and panorama, emulating an
IMAX like experience in a 32” monitor formfactor. Our goal is to amplify
the human computer experience by designing around light and the visual
experience of displays. We are currently growing our production capacity and
have early versions of our products in the field around the world.
[Job Description]
You will use your skills in 3D modeling as well as optical characterization
to prototype, characterize and assemble opto-mechanical products, jigs and
experiments. You will need to use and develop your communication skills to
align suppliers and lead internal small-scale production. You will be working
with both optics and mechanics engineers. as well as suppliers.
The position allows for significant leadership and timeline management
skills, but it also requires notable hands-on work.
[Job Responsibility]
‧ Design, prototype and develop novel opto-mechanical systems for quality
control and jig setting and process setting.
‧ Hands-on prototyping, assembly, fabrication, and testing of opto-mechanical
systems and processes.
‧ Need to be able to track, plan, manage, and archive engineering and
production data. For example, estimate technical risk and time to complete
tasks, as well as plan and lead supplier relationships.
‧ Assess new vendor capabilities and manufacturing processes in support of
new development projects. It includes optical and mechanical characterization.
‧ Lead ongoing quality and cost improvements by working closely with
manufacturers.
‧ Must be able to define Quality Control plan and set it up for the
suppliers and assembly level manufacturer, which includes process failure
mode effects analysis (PFMEA), control plan, Critical to Quality (CTQ)
processes, correlated inspection, and testing between suppliers.
‧ Work with the supplier directly, including on-site support, to create and
validate correction action plans.
[Experience]
8+ years.
[Requirement]
‧ Expertise in 3D software such as SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator or
equivalent software with optical function.
‧ Must be able to transfer from prototyping to industrial manufacturing.
‧ Familiar with designing mechanics of optical systems and consumer
electronics components.
‧ Expert/familiar with laser cutting, 3D printing, CNC machines, and
different types of casting, molding and any advanced manufacturing techniques.
‧ Must be able to execute structure and tolerance analysis.
‧ Experience in assembly process of opto-mechanical device.
‧ Solid understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals: properties of
materials, solid mechanics, and thermodynamics.
‧ Proven experience on opto-mechanical related process and quality control.
‧ Familiar with DFM (design for manufacture), DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC
and sampling plan definition.
‧ 5+ years mass production related experience.
‧ Strong oral and written communication skills, English and Mandarin.
‧ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
‧ Fast learner, driven problem solver, self-motivated, organized, flexible,
and able to balance and prioritize multiple diverse projects.
[Nice to Have]
‧ Knowledge of material properties such as plastics, metal, adhesive, glass,
PCBA, and flex circuit.
‧ Expert/familiar with display panel, coating, glass manufacturing, optical
thin film, lamination, and any advanced manufacturing techniques.
‧ Knowledge of at least one of Zemax, CodeV, and Tracepro simulation.
‧ System integration experience is a plus.
