將近一年，終於傳來好消息，方子平對我的提告，得到了不起訴處分。
經過檢察官認證，中華史實歐洲武術協會理事長 暨 Vor & Nach史實歐洲武術協會 教練
方子平 屬於可受公評之公眾人物，其言行舉止具公眾影響力，轉發並討論其負面事件，
屬於憲法保障的言論自由。只要討論來源非屬捏造，或是將其當成網路笑柄，就不構成誹
謗或妨礙名譽。
自從方子平的「轉世活佛」身分被四處轉傳，方子平便對武術圈談及他新興宗教領袖背景
的武友進行司法濫訴，造成許多人的不安與恐慌。幸好現在已經確定，轉發並討論方子平
以「慧平金剛上師」之名，與其父「慧如金剛上師」方永來參與並共同經營家族新興宗教
之公開資料與傳聞，是每個人都有的權利，以後所有人都可以隨意討論了。

動漫絕招是真的？入侵武術圈的邪教領袖：方子平
一、簡介
方子平，在武術圈的公開身份是「中華史實歐洲武術協會」的現任理事長，真實身份為桃
園知名附佛外道團體：中華阿逸多學會（前身為中華阿逸多法輪中心）的領導人，自稱為
「慧平金剛上師」。方子平對外宣稱職業為按摩師，家中長輩是正經廟宇的廟祝。
方子平宣稱會各種動漫的絕招，例如他的自創刀療法招式是《死神》的卍解。同時該教團
非常能跟隨時代潮流，例如最近的新絕招包括了咒術迴戰的領域展開。該教團亦還模仿手
遊FGO的異聞帶聖杯回收設定，自稱穿越時空回收神器碎片。並宣稱其去中國參加劍術比
賽時，遭到靈界土匪攻擊搶奪Wifi，導致沒有無線網路可用。
除此之外，方子平宣稱是唐朝王子轉世，並得到精靈王加持，可以調用四大元素之力，擁
有頭頂噴出水，人體高壓電等異能。
其父為該附佛外道團體創始人方永來，自稱慧如金剛上師。方永來自稱其破解了釋迦摩尼
阻止世人成佛的陰謀，受到虛空藏菩薩追殺。因此發明了武俠小說中的天劍絕刀，用以斬
殺來襲的菩薩，此兩種神功也傳給了方子平。父子二人並宣稱與其他教團成員，以此二絕
技擊退了來襲的鼠妖大軍。
兩人在其教團網路資料中，均可找到身穿仿密宗風格法袍，接受信徒膜拜，為信徒灌頂或
加持之照片。
2017年，由於該教團延誤信眾就醫，導致信眾死亡而遭到檢方調查，並被明令寫下道歉聲
明，但三個月期滿後隨即重操舊業。方子平也對外宣稱於2017年回去「接家業」。此後該
教團的詭異宣傳風格由佛道混合武俠小說，轉為ACG動漫風格。
