I think it's like this:
If you think you're a rookie, you are.
After all, "content creator" is a new trend in this industry ,
and there's no clear rules or definitions.
Some of them are even their own bosses.
To be honest, youtube's monetization policy is strict.
Some of the Vtubers can even work for an entire year yet failing to meet
Youtube's monetizaion requirements.
If you don't earn anything for your work , I think it's fair to call yourself
a rookie.
