直接問，這個價位是怎麼回事？

library. Draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.
目前看了一下，modern最常用到這張牌的是death's shadow快攻
其他Abzan、Jund也會使用
我自己來看，0費的神器，他可以做到：
(1)壓縮牌庫
(2)視情況看自己或對手下一張是什麼先做應對
(3)湊墳場類別，觸發Delirium，或是讓塔莫耶夫更大隻
(4)墳場資源，餵給Delve減少施放費用，給腐食流漿吃
以這些用途來看，這張牌確實不錯
但是，這到23~24鎂是不是太誇張了？
還是有什麼我沒注意到的重點，請指教
