Andrew Cashner is interested in re-signing with the Miami Marlins if the
organization gets rid of its no-beard policy.
Cashner sported a thick beard for years as a member of the San Diego Padres.
He says Miami's facial-hair rule "is a big deal to me in free agency."
He has gone with a clean-shaven look since joining the Marlins on July 29 but
admitted to the Herald that "I still hate" the team's policy.
