並不是BS就會被認定效率不佳.
Rule 10.17(c) Comment: The official scorer generally should, but is not
required to, consider the appearance of a relief pitcher to be ineffective
and brief if such relief pitcher pitches less than one inning and allows two
or more earned runs to score (even if such runs are charged to a previous
pitcher). Rule 10.17(b) Comment provides guidance on choosing the winning
pitcher from among several suc-ceeding relief pitchers.
規則是建議(非強迫)投不滿一局又掉兩分以上(含), 才把勝投記給別人. ODAY雖然害陳
的勝投回不來了, 但是其實他投滿一局掉一分, 離這個建議標準也還有點距離.
原po的問題裡Fields則是剛剛好 0.2 局掉兩分, 然後Gregerson一局三上三下無失分. 一
比之下勝投就轉手了.
