http://0rz.tw/6WeOk Prospects Josh Sale and Marcus Stroman Suspended for PED Use The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced two additional minor league suspensions for Performance-Enhancing Drug Use this afternoon. Outfield prospect Josh Sale of the Tampa Bay Rays, and pitching prospect Marcus Stroman of the Toronto Blue Jays have been suspended 50 games. Sale, a first round pick in the 2011 draft from high school in Washington state, was hitting .264/.391/.464 in 239 at-bats for the Bowling Green Hot Rods in the Low-A Midwest League. He had a poor season in 2011 but had been much more effective this year. Three of Sale's teammates were suspended for PED use last week, including infieler Ryan Brett, who was also drafted by the Rays from a high school in Washington in 2010. Josh Sale去年 .210/.289/.346 今年.264/.391/.464 同樣光芒新秀上禮拜Ryan Brett, Charles Cononie, and Justin Woodall上禮拜才 同樣被抓到禁賽50場,妙的是這3個成績今年反而退步 Ryan Brett去年.300/.370/.471 今年.285/.348/.393 Charlie Cononie去年 ERA:2.43 IP: 29 WHIP: 0.978 今年 ERA:4.20 IP: 60 WHIP: 1.500 Justin Woodall 去年 ERA:2.25 IP: 24 WHIP: 1.333 今年 ERA:4.76 IP: 58 WHIP: 1.602 還好這三人兩人是從A-升到A,一個RK升到A,不然去年跟今年同等級還退步, 藥頭搞不好會被扁 Stroman was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the first round this past June. The Duke University product had a 3.26 ERA with a 23/9 K/BB in his first 19 professional innings, split between Vancouver in the short-season Northwest League and New Hampshire in the Double-A Eastern League. He was considered a candidate for promotion to the major leagues as soon as the rosters expand to 40 in September. 藍鳥今年22順位選進來的Stroman,被抓到吃Methylhexaneamine,一看以為是絕命毒師 裡面在講的冰毒
