One of the common things I'm seeing about 9.15 is that "Ranger/Gunslinger
will still be meta".

It might be...but Knights hurts those builds the most. Gunslinger in
particular gets hit THREE times. 2 Knight (15 damage) reduces a gunslinger
attack by 45 damage. So we'll see :)
