Deficio 日前接受 Esport1 的訪問
先是提及如何長期保持對 LOL 的熱情並擔任播報工作

並聊到 EU 的季後賽冠軍戰的感想。
之後，當記者提問 G2 今年在 WCS 會有什麼樣的表現時 (影片 4:43)

Deficio 給出了這樣的回應:
「就算還沒抽籤，我也認為今年 G2 可以闖過小組賽。」

提到近期 G2 選手表現非常優異，加上之後移地訓練的效果；以及 MSI 所吸取的經驗
即使會在 WCS 的某個時間點打包回家，但他相信 G2 能闖過小組賽。
Deficio 本人也在 Reddit 的討論之下，做了進一步的說明:

I actually said on Thorin show yesterday that a death group could make it
super hard but still, G2 should be experienced enough now to get out and
the meta shouldn't change a lot so less surprises for them.
I am and will always be scared for G2 in bo1's though :(

假使抽到死亡之組，的確會讓 G2 的 WCS 之旅非常艱困
我仍舊認為 G2 現在已經有足夠的經驗脫穎而出
加上目前的 Meta (到世界賽前) 應該不會再有太大的變化、造成太多意外
不過，我始終對於 G2 的 BO1 感到瑟瑟發抖 :(
