一、關於本土青訓和本隊青訓的規則和定義
關於本土青訓和本隊青訓的規則和定義是很難釐清，以下是2015-2018三年的歐足聯

以下節錄有關歐戰賽場青訓登錄的規則，懶得看就往下看結論：
規則42.02 A名單有25個名額（其中至少2人是門將），必須有8個名額保留給「本地培養
球員」（其中本地培養球員包含「本土青訓」和「本隊青訓」），當中本土青
訓不能超過4人。也就是說，如果要填滿25人名單，本隊青訓就至少要4人，這
也是俗稱的4+4政策，4名本土青訓和4名本隊青訓。
25人A名單公式：17名自由球員 + X名本隊青訓 + Y名本土青訓
其中理論上X+Y≦8，Y≦4
但若Y>4，則多餘的本土青訓球員算在自由球員內
（請見「二、檢視利物浦本季歐霸名單」）
（註：此處的自由球員指的是可為本地培養球員或「非」本地培養球員，也就
是說，本地培養球員無上限，歐足聯鼓勵俱樂部登錄本地培養球員。）
No club may have more than 25 players on List A during the season, two of whom
must be goalkeepers. As a minimum, eight places are reserved exclusively for
"locally trained players" and no club may have more than four "association
trained players" listed on these eight places on List A. List A must specify
the players who qualify as being "locally trained", as well as whether they are
"club trained" or "association-trained". The possible combinations that enable
clubs to comply with the List A requirements are set out in Annex G.

A "club-trained player" is a player who, between the age of 15 (or the start of
the season during which he turns 15) and 21 (or the end of the season during
which he turns 21), and irrespective of his nationality and age, has been
registered with his current club for a period, continuous or not, of three
entire seasons (i.e. a period starting with the first official match of the
relevant national championship and ending with the last official match of that
relevant national championship) or of 36 months.
規則42.05 本土青訓意指15歲到21歲（從年滿15歲的那個賽季初開始計算，到年滿21歲的
那個賽季末為止）間，被同個足協的相同或不同俱樂部登錄年滿36個月，有無
連續則不影響。
An "association-trained player" is a player who, between the age of 15 (or the
start of the season during which the player turns 15) and 21 (or the end of the
season during which the player turns 21), and irrespective of his nationality
and age, has been registered with a club or with other clubs affiliated to the
same association as that of his current club for a period, continuous or not,
of three entire seasons or of 36 months.
規則42.06 如果一個俱樂部沒辦法湊滿8名本地培養球員，則從25人名單扣除相應人數，如
上述公式。
If a club has fewer than eight locally trained players in its squad, then the
maximum number of players on List A is reduced accordingly.

A名單
自由球員（13）：Mignolet、Toure、Lovren、Sakho、Moreno、Skrtel、Firmino、
Lucas、Can、Teixeira、Benteke、Coutinho、Origi
本土青訓（7）：Clyne、Caulker、Milner、Henderson、Lallana、Allen、Sturridge
本隊青訓（1）：Ward
這裡的範例很好的說明和呼應以上的規則，8名本地培養中有7名是本土青訓但非本隊青
訓，但規則不是說只能有4名本土青訓嗎？沒錯，剩下的3個名額要算在自由球員中，
所以利物浦的本土青訓+本隊青訓在規則上只能算成4+1，因此25人名單必須扣掉3個名
額，最多只能登錄22人。
至於為什麼最後只有登錄21人，這就跟Bogdan有關係了，因為他表現太差勁，後來被
Ward取代。但Bogdan非本地培養球員，所以開季前的轉會就是針對14名自由球員去操
作，後來Ward取代他進入名單後，冬季轉會並沒有多買球員，所以就維持21人名單。
B名單：Georgo、Smith、Randall、Maguire、Cleary、Brannagan、Ibe、Rossiter、Ojo、
Chirivella、Phillips、Sinclair（註：B名單為未滿21歲的）
原在名單，但隨後被移除者：Bogdan、Fulton、Gomez、Ings
這裡補充一點，在上一篇LIVE文的推文中，我所描述有誤，在此特別澄清，以免大家被
我誤導。Joe Gomez在加盟時已經年滿18歲，但由於規則中符合本隊青訓的定義為「從
年滿15歲的那個賽季初到年滿21歲的那個賽季末，有36個月為本隊球員」，而他在
2018年5月23日才年滿21歲，所以只要在2017/18賽季末都還是利物浦的球員，理論上就
能算在本隊青訓內。
三、Jordon Ibe為何重要？
最後，Jordon Ibe到底為何重要？由上述的名單可以發現，除了Danny Ward外，歐戰
A名單的其他球員都不是本隊青訓，導致球隊只能登錄21名球員，但其他球隊若能符合歐
足聯規範，就能登錄25名球員。
假如下賽季Jon Flannagan能夠健康，他理應得到一個歐戰（如果有？）的本隊青訓
位置，但Danny Ward據傳要被租借到英冠，因此利物浦整個陣容還是維持一名本隊青訓球
員的配置，所以下賽季仍只能登錄21名球員在A名單。
而這就是為什麼Jordon Ibe重要的原因，因為他是唯一一個能在一線隊穩定上場、且
有貢獻（？）的B名單球員，也就是說，因為有他，利物浦在歐戰的可用之兵是22人，不是
21人。不要小看這一人差距，各位看看本季的傷病潮就知道，有時候衰運當頭時躲都躲不
掉。或許就是由於規則的規範，Jordon Ibe永遠看起來像是愛將，Brendan Rodgers重用
他，Jurgen Klopp初期也非常重用他。
題外話，Raheem Sterling如果沒有轉會，他也還算在B名單，因為他目前才20歲。
