我最近也發生回滾的狀況,
滑鼠還差幾週就滿三年,(美國是三年保)
於是趕快到美國羅技報修,
看可不可以換支新的.(憨眠...)
可惜沒成功,
客服寄給我一封信寫了落落長的步驟要我試試,
不過我只做了一個步驟,就修好了.
那就是把滑鼠拔電池,然後按住左鍵的同時,再按右鍵五次,
左右互換再做一次,
然後把電池裝回去,
回滾狀態就消失了.
如果不成功的話,
詳細步驟如下:

1. Disconnect the device. Unplug the receiver.
2. Turn off your computer, then turn it on after 15 minutes.
3.Make sure you have fresh batteries installed on your device or fully charged
4.Try to drain the capacitor by taking the batteries out and hold the left
click mouse button while clicking the right 5 times and vice versa. Once
you're done, put the batteries back and test if it is working fine.(This
procedure will help your device to reset to perform better)
5. Reconnect the device, then check if the issue has been resolved.
6.It might be an encryption issue and we might need to establish a new
connection:

choose your operating system
click download software under what's new at the very bottom
install it
open unifying software
click advance button
unpair the old connection of mouse
click the unifying receiver and click pair a new device
restart the device that you want to connect
test it
7. Plug in and test the device on another USB ports of the computer. If it is
connected through a hub, try connecting directly to the system ports to
verify the hub has not failed.
8. If you have multiple devices plugged into the computer, isolate the issue
by temporarily removing other USB devices on the computer and test the
device.
9. If it is possible, please try the device on other computer. This is to
check if the issue lies on the USB ports of your computer.
