主要是因為剩下一個月就要出發的旅行，突然被告知飯店因法規變動而無法入住，
想詢問一下大家是否有遇到類似的狀況？或是這只是比較衰的個案。
當初選定的飯店是公寓飯店，後來查大概就類似日租套房的感覺，
對日本飯店住宿法規也無從查起...
詳細的狀況如下：
10月初在HOTELS.COM完成訂房，
預計入住京都車站附近的 京都京門徽公寓 (Kyoto Apartment Emblem Kyomon)
12/4突然收到對方的信件(下方英文為對方寄來的信件內容)，
告知因法規改變而無法提供住宿，
並提供另外三家飯店作住宿變更。
「Thank you for choosing Kyoto Vacation Rental for your stay in Kyoto.
We regret to inform you that due to a change in legislation in Japan
concerning short term apartment renting we will no longer be able to host you
at the location you are currently booked. However, we are working closely
with our partners to provide alternatives that you can transition to during
your scheduled booking for no additional charges incurred.
Therefore, we would like to offer you a room at one of other locations;
Sebido Inn, Kujo Stays, & Ebisu Ryokan.」
當天回覆告知想要改到「Kujo Stays」，
並請對方確認這間是否確定可以入住，
12/5得到對方確認完成訂房變更，且可入住。
結果今天(12/14)又收到他們的信(下方英文為對方寄來的信件內容)...
告知新法規將擴及至Kujo Stays，
將無法提供住宿，只能換到另外一間在京都市役所前站的新飯店，
由於這樣一來一往實在太累，直接請對方退款。
「I regret to inform you that we have now been told the new legislation will
also extent to the rooms at Kujo Stays.
Therefore we are unfortunately unable to relocate your reservation to Kujo
Stays.
We hope that you will consider moving to Seibido Inn instead.
We are able to offer you 1deluxe room for 4 people at the newly built Seibido
Inn. There will of course be no extra charge.」
在版上完全沒有看到這類訊息，所以想請問一下，
另外對方告知無法入住的Kuji Stays到現在還可以訂房，不知道我是不是個案...
