請問各位前輩~~~
前幾天在博客萊買了ocn七日的這種sim card，博客萊上面寫免歸還才買的

但拿到之後，包裝上面寫
The sim card is lent to the customer for provision of the service. It must be
returned to NTT communications when use of this service is terminated.
然後去了OCN的中文網站也寫著全部的sim卡都必須要歸還……所以覺得很困惑，不知道之
後到底是要不要歸還，不歸還會怎樣嗎？
看了版上大家用ocn的卡似乎是不用歸還的，但大家似乎都用14天版的…
然後我發現博客萊賣的ocn卡，七天版的是寫for Japen，十四天版的是for visitor，請
問兩者之間有差異嗎？
