自助新手遇到了大麻煩，想求助板上的專家們：
在吉帝旅行社買了二人成行的特惠機票，但有我忽然有重要工作不能去，
不幸中的大幸是一起去的朋友的機票，吉帝旅行社是說還是可以使用。
現在很想解決我的問題，問了吉帝旅行因為是特惠票不能退票、不能改日期、不能改人，
吉帝旅行社說他也很想幫我但這是規定沒辦法，那我這張機票註定變成廢紙了嗎?
吉帝旅行社是建議我可以跟航空公司談，晚一點會打給復興航空，
請問板上專家有跟復興航空交涉的經驗嗎?(其他航空公司也可以!!!)
目前當然是希望退票，不過如果交涉換人去呢?有沒有專家有交涉經驗請救救我吧!!
※吉帝旅行社說名字改錯字可以，但換另一個人就不行...但我在板上看到有人轉讓機票，
找一樣英文姓名拼音的不是嗎? 還是我也只能找英文拼音一樣的人轉讓?

NONENDORSE 不能轉名
NONREROUTE 不能更改行程
NOEXTEND 不可以辦理延遲回來
NO PARTIAL REFUND 不可部分退票
字面上看起來沒說不能退票啊...(但旅行社說不行= = )如果我兩張一起退票有可能嗎?
