[問題] 美國網購訂單被扣(透過集貨代運)

請問有版友遇過這種狀況嗎?
跟美國知名戶外用品網站下訂單
地址就填代運業者在美國境內的集貨倉
卻收到訂單被扣的通知,及以下信件,
請問該怎麼回信才不會被砍單呢?
不知有沒有版友有經驗可以提供建議,感謝
