[問題] ASOS瑕疵退貨之運費

(沒想到第一次買ASOS沒想到就中獎(?)……囧rz)
因買來的其中一件衣服破了個洞,
已拍照並寫email告知客服收到的商品有瑕疵。
客服回信表示:「

Once it arrives at our warehouse, we’ll refund you for the item and drop you
an email to confirm.
The funds will show in your account within 5-10 working days of the refund
being completed.
At the moment we don't offer a free returns service from Taiwan. Returning
items to ASOS is easy - simply follow the instructions on your returns note
included with your order. Just click here http://bit.ly/2lC4qii for the
options available to you.
If you choose to use a different returns method than those offered on our
site, we will not be able to cover the cost of the parcel.
You can use the sticky address label on your returns note when you send it
back to us.
If you haven't got the label anymore, click here to print one to stick on the
front of your parcel. It can take up to 21 working days for your return to
arrive at our warehouse. Once it arrives we’ll drop you an email to confirm.
Please fill in the section on the back of your delivery note to say the item
is faulty and put the note in your parcel when you send it back.
Do ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to
look at it later on.

想請教的是:
1.這客服的意思究竟是有沒有要負擔我所支出的退貨運費呢?@@a
2.按他提供的退貨資訊連結點進去,是要我去當地郵局寄回去ASOS,
那我還可以直接用他的Skynet退貨系統嗎?
還是這樣非屬他認可的退貨方式(different returns method)呢?
總覺得這客服回答跟網路上查詢到的瑕疵退貨方式有點出入,
現在不知道該怎麼把衣服寄回去才好,
還望大德幫解答,感激不盡!m()m
