2018-01-04 20:11:22我1/3晚上下單的,今天1/4發現買錯,我看產品狀態:
"Latest Event: Package has left seller facility and is in transit to carrier"
但是第一次用chat功能,客服人員說:
他表示會請USPS carrier不要寄出,並且會回一封cancel confirmation mail
結果到剛剛都還沒收到取消的confirmation mail...
我就只好第二次再用chat功能,這次的客服人員說:
東西已經shipped out, 無法在系統上取消,他會盡量去追貨運公司取消
但是他會給我一個full refund, 如果東西真的還是寄到台灣,就請我把東西
丟掉或捐掉就好??? ("please donate or dispose the item")
結果我馬上在信箱裡收到amazon customer service寄來的
"Hello,
Greetings from Amazon!
I've requested a refund for 83.99 USD, which includes the cost of the item
and its associated shipping costs. This refund will go through within the
next 3-5 business days and will appear as a credit on your billing statement."
那這樣不就等於亞馬遜幫我扛這83.99的損失??? 怎麼會有這種好康???
不知道有版友有類似經驗的嗎?
