我信箱也是先收到一封Title為 Confirmation of Return from ASOS的E-mail
我這張訂單是12/27出貨的,收到這封信之後我有到Facebook上問ASOS能否重新遞送包裹
以下是回覆的訊息:
I can see that this one was returned back to us, this may be simply down to
human error or there may be an issue with the address so it's worth double
checking the one we have for you. As we've already sent over the refund we're
unable to send the order back out to you.
沒有辦法將未成功遞送的包裹再重新寄一次給我,只能直接等退款
他們也發現他們系統有地址上的錯誤,這個從ASOS他們Facebookg上的訪客Post可以看到
不只有台灣,很多人都留言說超過工作天仍然沒有收到包裹。
