我們的房子是18年的30坪中古屋，屋況其實還不錯，原本的系統櫃都堪用，但想要整個翻
新換風格，包含水電都要重做。原本考慮自己找統包可能比較省錢，但各項工程要分開找
、還要自己監工，上班族根本沒時間。
　　
交屋後我們夫妻完全沒有裝修經驗，也很怕踩雷，看了很多網路評價和實例分享後，最後

【 房屋資訊與裝潢費用 】
　　
屋　　況｜新北，中古屋，約 30 坪
需　　求｜系統櫃已完善，部分櫥櫃需換門，廚房及2浴室需大改造，全室地板要貼耐磨
木紋地貼及全室油漆。水電需要專業評估是否需要更新。風格接近北歐、木質風，玄關需
部分改造。

【 找設計師的過程 】
　　　
雖然我們的設計需求不多，比較偏向統包，預算也有限，但設計師都會依據我們的想法適
時提出建議，在預算範圍內選擇有品質的建材。
各項工程的監工也很放心交給他們，會定時回報進度，有問題也都馬上回應處理。我們平
常要上班只有週末有空，但交給他們真的很安心！

廚房全部拆掉重做，包含壁磚、廚具、洗手台、收納櫃等等。

整間浴室打掉重做，原本有點小，改為乾濕分離且不裝浴缸後，空間感變大很多。

原本是小地磚，雖然保持得不錯，但冬天會冷而且風格偏復古，加上換水管會破壞地面，
就全屋改鋪超耐磨木地板。
　　
全室重新油漆，搭配木地板和櫃體顏色，整個風格煥然一新，新家住起來真的很舒適！
