這次要分享的是一間位在台中的小宅，室內坪數約 14 坪，屋齡近 10 年左右。
　
屋主希望調整格局，改善原本使用上比較受限的區域，並增加實際可利用的收納空間。整
體改造以乾式輕隔間為主軸，搭配木作細節調整，讓空間配置更符合日常使用。

一開始拆除了原本的水泥隔間牆，地面上還能看出牆面原本的位置。
　
重新規劃隔間後，牆面略作內縮，入口處因此釋出更多空間，不只預留了可以設計鞋櫃的
位置，也讓出入不會受到影響。

新的隔間採乾式工法，施工速度相對快，價格上通常也更為實惠。
　
隔間完成後，加裝一扇折疊門，讓這塊空間可獨立使用，也能作為平時開放的延伸區域，
讓原本比較難運用的角落，變成一個完整的更衣室空間，不需要犧牲其他房間的坪數。

在公共區域的處理上，客廳牆面以簡單的油漆設計作為視覺主牆，不額外製作櫃體，整體
維持清爽感。
