had any symptoms?(in the 2 days before the date of specimen collection until
they meet criteria for discontinuing home isolation).
Note: This is irrespective of whether the person with COVID-19 or the contact
was wearing a mask or whether the contact was wearing respiratory personal pro
tective equipment (PPE)

這個標準應該是很多國家都有參考
才會有中央指引的15分鐘
日本也是用這個標準
但是說實在的，歐美每天的確診數和台灣的確診數差這麼多，
爆發以來東京基本上去年三四月之後，印象中沒低於100例過
以人力、資源來說的確也很難追
日本還有連親密接觸者都不驗的時期
所以我想沒有人在說五月台灣剛爆發，每天兩三百人確診那時候不做詳細疫調
但是現在每天20-30人，以資源來說應該能夠做到更多
某位說自己方法最好的，拿最低標準來要求自己，是不是有點奇怪
指引是一個低標，做到低標還沾沾自喜指責別人好像說不過去
