其實JCCIC本來就要負責邀請很多人，
That invitations to attend the exercises be extended to the President of the
United States and the members of his Cabinet, the Chief Justice and Associate
Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Diplomatic Corps
(through the Secretary of State), the General of the Armies, the Chief of
Staff of the Army, the Chief of Naval Operations, the Major General
Commandant of the Marine Corps, and the Commandant of the Coast Guard, and
such other persons as the Joint Committee on Arrangements shall deem proper.
從各個前任總統，最高法院法官到外交使節團，軍隊頭領人物，
到其他JCCIC認為合適的人。
雖然看guideline的講法是蠻容易誤解成真的只有議員+1，
但要把上述這些人都想成靠議員的名額帶進去就蠻詭異。
比較有疑惑的部分是，
蕭是不是以外交人員身分受邀，
以及這個身分受邀是否真的有能多帶1人的設定。
並不是要質疑這可能性，只是說還沒看到其它確定的信息。
然後再說回來，這個邀請是來自JCCIC，
由三位共和黨+三位民主黨議員組成。
在12月還以3:3否決承認拜登的當選。
好像他們的決定，跟美國新任政府以及拜登的意志沒直接的關係才對。
不過還是要肯定這次受邀的含金量，並希望能持續下去。
