他指出: 「今天在台灣舉行的總統及立委大選，見證了台灣民主的活躍。我向台灣人民就此
次大選圓滿順利、向蔡英文博士及其政黨就其當選連任，表達祝賀之意。
我希望兩岸之間能重啟對話，消弭雙方的不同，並建立海峽兩岸具建設性的關係。」
The UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab offers congratulations to Dr Tsai Ing-wen
on her re-election.
"The presidential and legislative elections in Taiwan today are testament to Tai
wan’s vibrant democracy. I offer warm congratulations to the people of Taiwan o
